1. Initial contact
The interested party contacts info@swagat.be or 0466 42 78 48. Both parties may discuss intended use, budget, timing and expectations at a high level.
2. Due diligence
The buyer checks the seller’s identity, registration status, technical condition, trade-name and trademark risks, and suitability for the intended use. The seller checks the seriousness and feasibility of the proposal.
3. Written agreement
Price, scope, any website or brand assets, warranties, payment route, transfer point and responsibilities are documented in writing. There is no binding sale before signature.
4. Payment or escrow
Full cleared payment precedes final transfer. If both parties prefer, an independent escrow provider may be selected; selection, fees and terms are agreed together.
5. Registrar transfer
Once conditions are met, the transfer is coordinated under the relevant registrar and DNS Belgium process. A transfer code commonly forms part of that process. Exact timing may vary and is not guaranteed.
6. Confirmation and handover
After the domain transfer is confirmed, any agreed original site or brand files are delivered and remaining technical handover steps are documented.
